So contact us if you find a lower publicly available price for exactly the same tour or attraction within 24 hours of paying your deposit to secure your booking with us, and, if you qualify, we will either

  • Do our best to match that price within 24 hours, and pass on the extra deposit paid as a credit towards your outstanding balance of payment for your tour OR
  • we’ll cancel your reservation if you prefer to rebook elsewhere at the lower rate and refund to you … of any payments you have already made to secure your booking.

Here’s how our Tribe’s Best Price Guarantee works

  • You must have booked the tour or attraction on the website and paid your deposit. You will need your receipt number and booking details to back up your claim, so save these for your records.
  • If you believe you have found a better price for the same trip, claim your refund within 24 hours of your booking and before the date when the tour or attraction takes place, using your receipt number and booking details as well as verifyable details about the lower price offer to back up your claim.
  • When you contact us, the lower rate must be available for booking online via or other reservation sites. The tour or attraction with the lower rate must be identical to the one you booked on, including the same tour or service provider, the same itinerary, same dates, time and product options, and for the same quantities booked.
  • The rates must be available to the general public at the time of your booking with and when the claim is made and verified; and may not be part of membership, corporate, or employee rates and/or loyalty programs, individual site-related discounts or coupons. The Tribe’s Best Price Guarantee does not apply if or the tour or attraction company refunds or cancels all or part of the itinerary for any reason.
  • Tribe’s Best Price Guarantee applies to the total amount for the tour or attraction. However, any refund applies only to amounts you have already paid. Only one refund per qualifying booking will be allowed.
  • Your claim will be reviewed and www.tribaltourist.comwill, at its discretion, determine whether you have met the requirements for the refund. is the final authority on interpretation of these rules and reserves the right to: determine whether a claim qualifies for cancellation or a refund; deny any claims that cannot be reasonably verified, or for which incomplete information has been provided; or terminate this offer at any time without notice.
